Shipping & Returns
All in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. When your order is prepared for shipping, you will be notified via email with a ups tracking number. Currently we are shipping only within the united states. All sale merchandise is non-refundable. Due to COVID-19 we will accept returns on 50% off merchandise as per return policy.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 business days for refund or exchange in original shoe box in original condition. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in original payment form less shipping and handling.
How to return
Returns for a refund to original payment require a $8 fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
A pre-paid, pre-addressed ups return label is included in your order. Please follow instructions on packing slip. You will receive notification via email when your return has been processes.
If your receive an item that is defective, damamged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packing materials in the case of damage.
